Steel plate bending machine, one of the steel plate processing machines.
The working mechanism consists of a horizontal working disc rotating on a vertical axis. Support pins are fixed to the machine bed, and the central pin and bending pins are mounted on the working disc. As the disc rotates, it bends the steel plate.
To bend steel plates of various diameters, the working disc has several holes for inserting the bending pins, and the central pin can also be replaced with one of a different diameter.
This steel plate bending machine represents an improvement on existing steel plate bending machine structures. This utility model includes a reducer, a large gear, a small gear, and a bending disc. Its features include: a two-stage braking motor directly connected to the reducer for the first stage of reduction; the small gear meshes with the large gear for the second stage of reduction; the large gear continuously drives the bending disc to rotate; the bending disc has a central shaft hole and several bending shaft holes; and the positioning square bar on the workbench has several positioning shaft holes.
Because the two-stage braking motor is directly connected to the reducer for the first stage of reduction, the input and output speed ratio is accurate, the bending speed is stable and precise, and the speed can be changed using electrical automatic control. The brake ensures the bending angle. The machine can perform bidirectional bending of steel plates using the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. The central shaft is replaceable, facilitating maintenance.
