The operating instructions for the steel plate bending machine are as follows:
Preparation for Use:
Thoroughly inspect the steel plate bending machine to ensure all components are intact and undamaged. Perform a no-load test run to observe whether the equipment is operating normally and without any abnormal noises.
Safety Inspection:
Ensure the steel plate bending machine is properly grounded to prevent electrical leakage. The power supply should be connected through a switch box; avoid directly plugging and unplugging the power cord to ensure electrical safety. Avoid directly touching the buttons to prevent accidental operation and safety accidents.
Operating Procedure:
Cutting and Straightening: Cut a 200-250mm length of metal wire and straighten it, ensuring the wire surface is undamaged.
Parameter Selection: Select the appropriate clamp arc radius r, the distance b from the top of the clamp to the bottom of the lever, and the lever hole diameter Φ based on the wire diameter. Adjust these parameters using the numbers on the clamp and the lever position.
Adjusting the Lever: Adjust the direction of the main lever, select the hole position, and attach or remove the bushing to ensure the wire is at the bending centerline.
Clamping and Bending: Insert the sample into the clamp, lever, and upper clamp. Adjust the clamping force and then begin bending.
Data Recording: Bend the sample at a uniform speed and record the number of bends until fracture.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect and replace clamps with indentation marks, and keep the oil cups and sliding parts lubricated.
Cleaning and Rust Prevention: After use, wipe the equipment and apply anti-rust oil to keep the equipment clean.
