The angle is input on the display screen, and a servo motor drives a precision reducer and a rotary reducer to rotate the saw blade automatically to the required angle. A braking device activates after reaching the desired position to ensure angle stability during operation.

● The CNC arbitrary angle saw is equipped with an operating table on the side, where all electrical control components are mounted.

● After the workpiece is placed on the worktable, the operator simply presses a button according to the operating procedures, and the machine completes the workpiece positioning, clamping, cutting, blade return, and release processes.

● The machine's design fully considers operator safety. All moving parts of the saw blade are enclosed in a sturdy safety cover to ensure safe operation.

● The frame adopts a high-strength welded structure, and the bed is welded from national standard square and rectangular tubes. After heat-aging annealing stress treatment, the mounting surface is machined to ensure high rigidity, high stability, and high installation accuracy of the entire machine.

● The protective cover is made of 1.5 or 2 mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, with an aesthetically pleasing surface and high strength.

● The front protective cover adopts a rear-tilting lifting type, facilitating the loading and unloading of profiles and providing better protection. The lifting protective cover is equipped with a cylinder and two square rails, each with two linear bearings, ensuring flexible and smooth lifting.

● The acrylic glass of the front protective cover allows for easy observation of the equipment's operation.

● The saw blade feed is completed by a pneumatic-driven hydraulic cylinder. Its pneumatic control system has a stepless speed regulation function, allowing adjustment of the feed and return speeds according to processing needs, enabling slow feed and fast return.

● The saw blade's vertical feed is equipped with two square rails, each with two linear bearings, ensuring flexible, smooth, and high-precision lifting.
