The working principle of a CNC bending machine

Electromagnetic Clamping System
The CNC bending machine mold consists of a support frame, a workbench, and a clamping plate. Electromagnetic force is generated by supplying current to a coil through wires, creating an attractive force between the pressure plate and the base, thus clamping the sheet metal.

Advantages: The pressure plate design is flexible and can adapt to various workpiece shapes (including workpieces with side walls), and the operation is simple.

Hydraulic Transmission System
Taking a hydraulic CNC bending machine as an example, the oil pump provides power after starting, driving the upper mold downwards to complete the bending action.

Features: Pressure and speed are controlled through the hydraulic system, suitable for processing metal sheets (such as Q235 steel plates).

Plastic Sheet Bending Principle
The plastic CNC bending machine utilizes the characteristic of thermoplastic materials to soften and melt-weld after heating, achieving fully automatic corner bending without splicing, grooving, or welding rods.

Advantages: The bent corners have a beautiful surface and high strength, and production efficiency is significantly improved.
