Adjusting Machine Parameters

Installing the Pipe
When installing the pipe, one end of the pipe needs to be fixed to the machine's clamp, and the other end placed on the bending wheel. To prevent the pipe from deforming due to excessive force during the bending process, filler materials such as sand or soil can be added to the bending area of ​​the pipe. In addition, attention should be paid to the length and diameter of the pipe to ensure that they meet the machine's specifications.

 

Taking Measurements
Before bending the pipe, precise measurements are required to determine the desired bending angle and position. For this purpose, tools such as protractors, measuring rulers, and spirit levels can be used to ensure that the required bending parameters match the machine parameters. Furthermore, safety precautions should be observed during measurement, such as avoiding getting body parts or tools caught in the machine.

 

Performing the Bending
After confirming the measurement data, the pipe bending can begin. At this point, the machine's speed and force need to be controlled, and an appropriate bending method should be selected based on the characteristics and requirements of the pipe, such as single bend, multiple bends, or S-shaped bends. During the bending process, attention should also be paid to the support and balanced force distribution of the pipe to prevent deformation or damage.

 

Performing Maintenance
After using the pipe bending machine for a period of time, regular maintenance is required to ensure the machine's normal operation and extend its service life. Specifically, this includes cleaning and lubricating the inside of the machine, checking the tightness of external components, and maintaining and repairing the machine's electronic components. In addition, attention should be paid to the machine's storage conditions and operating environment to prevent the machine from being affected by moisture, corrosion, or high temperatures.
