The upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold before lowering and shutting down the machine until the work is completed. If power-on or other operations are required, the mode selector should be set to manual, and safety must be ensured. Maintenance procedures are as follows:
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
Check the oil level in the oil tank weekly, and also after any hydraulic system maintenance. If the oil level is below the oil window, add hydraulic oil;
The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
The oil should be changed after 2000 hours of operation for a new machine, and then every 4000-6000 hours thereafter. The oil tank should be cleaned each time the oil is changed;
The system oil temperature should be between 35℃ and 60℃, and should not exceed 70℃. Excessive temperature will lead to deterioration and damage of the oil and components.
Filter
The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed;
If the machine has relevant alarms or other filter abnormalities such as dirty oil, the filter should be replaced;
The air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, and preferably replaced every year.
Hydraulic Components
Clean the hydraulic components (base plate, valves, motor, pump, oil pipes, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system. Do not use cleaning agents;
After one month of use of a new machine, check for deformation at the bends of all oil pipes. If there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced. After two months of use, all connections of the components should be tightened. This work should be performed with the machine shut down and the system depressurized.
