Slider
Slider section: Utilizing hydraulic transmission, the slider section consists of the slider, hydraulic cylinders, and a mechanical stopper fine-tuning mechanism. The left and right hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the machine frame, and hydraulic pressure drives the pistons (rods) to move the slider up and down. The mechanical stopper's adjustment value is controlled by the CNC system.
Worktable
Worktable section: Operated by a button box, the motor drives the back gauge to move forward and backward, with the distance controlled by the CNC system. The minimum reading is 0.01 mm (both forward and backward positions have limit switches).
Synchronization System
Synchronization system: Unlike ordinary bending machines, this machine uses servo valves and grating rulers to form a closed-loop circuit, thus precisely controlling various movements of the bending machine.
Back Gauge Mechanism
Back gauge mechanism: The back gauge uses motor drive, which drives two lead screws to move synchronously via a chain drive. The CNC system controls the back gauge dimensions.
