CNC 2-Axis High Precision Rolling Compound Machine (Thermal Break Profile Crimping Machine)

This CNC 2-axis high precision rolling compound machine is specially designed for thermal break aluminum profile production. Controlled by CNC system, it supports numerical control adjustment of cutter head lifting. Meanwhile, the height of upper rubber rollers can be digitally adjusted according to different profile heights, delivering higher precision and simpler operation.

The rolling compound machine is equipped with 3 sets (6 pairs, total 12 pieces) of rolling wheels. After the thermal insulation strips are inserted into aluminum profiles, the profiles will go through continuous rolling and compounding process by the rollers. It can realize tight bonding between thermal break strips and aluminum profiles, ensuring stable clamping force, uniform pressure and consistent composite quality for finished profiles.

It works perfectly together with knurling & strip inserting machine to form a complete thermal break profile processing line. Widely used in manufacturing of heat-insulating aluminum profiles for doors, windows and curtain walls.
